Dare to leave the library on this spooky night! Find us, the Friends of the Downey City Library, and our mascot, Dewey as he ventures out (in disguise) to the Warren High School Band and Color Guard Trunk or Treat event!  We will give out candy and some other surprise tricks or treats to delight those who come our way!
