Cleaning your house out, the garage, or your storage space? Do you have books already read laying about taking up space? Upgrading your movies to Digital or Blu-Ray and need to do something with your old DVDs? Do you have old VHS tapes and have no idea what to do with them?
The Friends of the Downey City Library has a solution for you. We would be delighted to accept a donation of all of your old stuff.

We gladly welcome donations of:
- Gently Used Books (Hard/Soft Cover) - Magazines - DVDs (Movies/Music) - Blu-ray Discs - Vinyl Records (no cassettes) - Puzzles (please, complete sets ONLY) - Monetary Donations |
We cannot accept the following items:

For your convenience, all donations may be dropped off at the circulation desk or in the Friends Bookstore in the library. We will gladly write-up a receipt for your donation, please ask our friendly Bookstore volunteers.
