WE NEED YOUR HELP! Our current Newsletter Editor can no longer continue with her publishing duties, so we are actively seeking a new volunteer to ensure our publication continues. Sunday, February 22, 10am-5pm Columbia Memorial Space Center Free Museum Day Don’t miss this chance to explore arts, culture, and science at no cost! Saturday, February 28, 8am TLC 5K Run/Walk Downey Unified District’s True Lasting Connections (TLC) provides a wide range of health and human services free of charge to DUSD students and their families. This event is a great opportunity to come together to show support for families in our community. By participating in the 5K, you help TLC help more families! Saturday, February 28, 10am-4:30pm Pokeman Day at the Library A full day of activities and programs for Trainers of all ages! Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a variety of Pokémon-themed experiences, including a designated area for playing Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), a scavenger hunt for children, a photo experience, Pokémon trivia for adults, and more.
